Customising

To customise your query click the Customise Query button. The PivotGrid Field List should be displayed. Within the Hidden Fields box the first item is Measures, the remaining items are field groups. Click the + next to the item of interest to drill down to the available Measures or Fields. You can drag Measures to the Data Area of the PivotGrid Field List and you can drag Fields to one of the Filter Area, Row Area, or Column Area regions.

When you have set up your query click the Update button.

To remove Fields from your PivotGrid drag the field back to the Hidden Fields box.

Filtering

Once you have selected the fields to display and have returned to the PivotGrid you can filter within a field, e.g. select one of the species available. The field buttons in the Pivot Grid often have a drop down button, click that button and then select the particular elements you want to display. For example click the drop down box on the Species field and tick only barramundi to display estimates only for barramundi.
